This tool was developed by IPAT, and is part of a comprehensive guide for assistive technology planning, "Technology for All: A Guide to Solving the Puzzle." The screening tools in this specific document section offer a systematic procedure for identification, evaluation, and program planning for AT devices and services for two different populations. The "AT Trigger: Screening Document for Potential Assistive Technology Needs" was designed for persons receiving educational services from infant programs through secondary school; the "Screening for Assistive Technology Within Vocational Rehabilitation" was designed for persons receiving vocational rehabilitation services.
